WGSN
Now of course I have to start with WGSN. They have been around since 1998 and started in London. This is a paid service and it's a touch pricey, but if you can get your hands/eyes on it - it's totally worth it. WGSN was the first to start an online trend forecasting service and it shows!! They cover just about everything from fashion to accessories of the world of style. This means culture, lifestyle and more! They also have mini trend reports available for download and videos on their Youtube.

TRENDSTOP
So if you are looking for a little bit more basic and simple of a source - Trendstop might be the place for you! The front page is a great overview of any topic you could be looking to learn from "Alternative Black Friday" to Textiles. Trendstop Forecasts can be broken down by Color, Print, Accessories, Apparel, Beauty, Catwalks, Consumer Trends, Denim, Footwear, Kidswears, Menswear, Retail and Womenswears. They also offer free trend reports, similar to WGSN mini reports. Lastly, I really enjoy that Trendstop offers a Trade Show Calendar. They want to help forecasters and the consumer stay up-to-date with all things fashion.

FASHION SNOOPS
Fashion Snoops does newsletters that covers macro cultural shifts and early forecasting and visionary reports. This includes "A visual outline of trends projected to influence style and design in the following 18–24 months. These stories are designed to be the starting point in your creative journey and reflect a wide perspective of influences across industries"[source]. Fashion Snoops is also excellent at short-term forecasting and providing a weekly Top 5 Tuesdays. They also have an awesome section called Color Insider that details the colors for the year. It's not so much a blog, more of a press section.

WECONNECT
This is like the quick fix of resources. WeConnect is great for any questions related to specific seasons or categories. They have a ton of free trend reports. Plus they use resources like Design Options and the Trend Council. WeConnect also provides a How-To section which is great for consumers.
